I'm trying to rap my head around how you did the undercut. Guessing the bull nose bit cut on both sides of the vectors?
Looking to learn!

Eugene, appreciate you taking the time to share. The internet sometimes can be a cold place. You just made it a little better!
Mick
Thanks for sharing that, it's a heartfelt story.
Mick
Thanks for taking the time to share this with us. This is a workshop conversation piece that every guy wants in his shop. It's unique and functional, outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian,
Any photos you can share of how the vice is mounted? Also, what size gear are these and material you made them from? Impressive, clever, nice job!
Mick
Tim,
Could you post the dxf file, my version of Vcarve pro is older than the one you have so I cant use the files.
Thanks for doing this, much appreciated!
Mick
Tim how about just posting the dxf file?
Mick
Can a texture be brought into v-carve pro from a jpeg?
I too would love to see a demo / write up! Thanks for taking the time.
Mick
What would you charge for this sign?

Hey, a violin looks great but, if nobody know how to play it what good is it?
Yes, I'm saying the bot is like a violin. ;)
Wow, can you share the rough details....Length, width, height?
Nice job!

I would like to build a closet organizer on a wall 14 feet long 3 feet deep. I intend the organizer to be open the entire length, not hidden by any doors. Looked over a lot of plans and now I'm...
Someone like that will never be happy with what you give them. My question is, does he know, that you know, how much he paid to have the original sign cut? Guess it's irrelevant I just get upset...
Went to order plans for the The Rubberband Machine Gun and it was out of stock. Anyone know where I can purchase them?
Thanks,
Mick
I tired it and the machine never stopped to change bits. So, how do I tell it to do that?
Mick
John, I just added the word "Pocket" to the 2nd cut and it let me save both toolpaths. My question is...Will it return to home to have a tool change? Also, can you just use pocket each time you want...
