Just to repeat...machine was sold...
yes it was! worked perfectly...and sort of hate I put it up for sale but moving to a smaller machine now. Just didn't need the 4x8 for what we do and shop floor space is at a premium! <LOL>!

That was my first thought...something has changed. I used some old blue foam many years ago and I recalled it machining a lot better than what I just bought. Didn't try the slow speed...
