What would some edges on a profile cut be wavy and some areas not?

As you can see in the photo, the top piece is wavy but the one underneath is fine.

And is there a way to correct the file...

The signs are 12"x6", cut on 'Sign Foam'. The cut time was about 2hrs to do them both.

Since I used an 1/8" ball nose bit stepped over half it's width to cut with,they took awhile...
