I can take pictures of the plans. I think I still have them if you would like to make your own table. It is not difficult if you can get the steel.

Finished carving the oak one actually a while ago, it is now finished and mounted on the cross, have not taken final pics yet. The small cherry cross was an experiment with negative space I like it....
Nice I have used mine to make reproduction molding on a church it was an interesting job.
It was in the teens I like milling in the cold unless there is frozen mud on the logs, no bugs and you warm up pretty fast. I enjoy the winter nothing like a cold clear sunny day.
Steve, thank you for the ideas, I am currently milling Beech red oak and a big ash log, got sidelined with the snowstorm I really love working with beech, second slab I cut had a bullet in it. Much...
Good Idea I have many off cuts from what I mill, may make a few along with the serving boards that they usually become.
I would replace the rack with new full length and new pinion gears. Is it the original controller? I have a 2003 and the controller was a dog, upgraded to a prs control much faster and reliable....

pictures. Have had many other wacky customer experiences though.

I like the wedge clamping I use that technique a lot.
Viscosity really has nothing to do with, it I use west system it is pretty thin the Bondo spreader squeegees out excess, too much epoxy actually weakens the lamination and adds weight. probably not...
Another way of wrapping on smaller parts is plastic electrical tape, or shrink wrap.
I work with carbon fiber on occasion a bit stiffer than fiberglass I would vacuum bag if you have a pump that can pull at least 15 inches of mercury. No fancy bags needed I use clear hardware store...
The hinges have 1/4 rod in them. Those magnets are great I use them on lots of projects.
Quick project I made over the weekend for carburetor adjustment drivers for my chainsaws, I tend not to misplace tools if they have a spot to go.
The wood is sugar maple.
