Thanks to Mr.Bourget in S.C. for resolving the issue. I unbolt the table and put shims over the rack&pinion. It is now perfectly flat. My two emails at Shopbot support team remains unanswered.

The deflexion is at the center of the table. I just measure the gap which is 1/4"

When I received the crate, two of the "L" brackets where broken. I will post a picture later.

I notice today that there is a deflexion of about 1/8" on my BT32 alu table. Is it possible to do something about it?

Thanks! Would be usefull to be able to change numerical value ( move, size...etc ) of imported polygons.

Let say I got a circle with a radius of 2" and want it to be 2,02". Is it possible to resize a polygon numerically?

Anyone knows where I can purchase these cams in Canada. Grizzly does'nt ship here.

My point Ralf is to know if the racks&pinions are lubricated at the factory. If it is, I don't see the need of lubricating a new machine a second time. Like changing the oil of a brand new car....

Racks and pinions feels dry. No stains whatsoever on fingers. Could it be possible that there is no grease at all?! I will apply the black lithium grease anyway.

I own a brand new Alpha BT32. Do I have to lubricate the rails or they are already lubricate at the factory? Got a strange noise kind of stuttering on the x rail.

Is there any way to visualize the path of the bit real time while the part is beeing cut?

I received my BT32 Alpha with the HDS spindle on Tuesday. Everything went fine ( except for a missing screw) and it was running on Wednesday. One complaint: the docs are not on par with the quality...
