Thanks for the input.
What type of Pvc are you using? Type 1 PVC solid, or an expanded pvc like celtec?

This is a similar vacuum set up for a Shopbot desktop. 30156 works great!
Stick with an American made machine. Don't go to the cnc manufacturing dark side. I have modified a Chinese machine vacuum system, and learn from my experience you will have more headaches than you...
No offense taken. I just never cut umhw and at 1.5 thick. Me, cutting cabinet parts makes this part is ridiculous size and shape to be cutting on a router. As for the vacuum fixture the foam is meant...

I have moved away from the typical "grid" style for the desktop machines and went with a pocket style vacuum table. I have tested this table out and it works great. After testing we sent this table...

I am like the kid in the candy store as far as the gasket goes. I have cut our gasket with the engraving tool and got a pretty good edge (the cheaper way to go), and I also cut the gasket...
What type of tuning? design would be no issue

Yes the product is called grab, http://allstaradhesives.com/cart/product_detail/zbc_03_lf/53 this is the link to it. I am confident that the 1" will hold. I will post more when I get the...

I ran 2 passes .125 each no skin cuts or anything like that. i got some quick connects at Lowes 1/4 od and 1/8 in MIP with 1/4 inch nylon hose. I used a Onsrud 65-026 is the number I...
Here I made up a vacuum table for a Desktop model using 3/4 HDPE for the base and 1/2 HDPE for the fixture cutting 1.5 circles out of .25 HDPE. Using a 1/4 HP Gast psi pump.

The plastic or aluminum would be no issue to cut with our gasket techniques. But the plastic material being flammable, this something I have no experienced with. With the right feeds and...
