Fedex and UPS are both great and offer good initial discount rates. We've shipped a lot of very large, odd shaped entrance monuments with Fedex with no problems.

Here installing without a permit can cost a $1000 fine and or 60 days in jail.
We do both - depending on the client. If we get the permits we add on a fee for our time involved in pulling the permit.
Depending on how busy we are and how much effort is needed in getting...
Call Haurtlauer bits.

On their site - click on the pdf catalogue and on the last page I think they have what you are looking for.
Thanks!
It's great to now have enough space to work on some of the larger projects we have been getting.
New to us, at least!
We have been searching for a larger space for a while and finally decided to merge with another local Atlanta area sign company, RC signs. We are pretty excited about the...
Thanks!
Here are a few pics of some HDU (Signfoam3) park signs we shipped out to Illinois this week.
The backgrounds were first routed down and the blanks then cut to shape on the shopbot before...
If it's just a few places where the glue is left, take a fresh piece of the mask and stick it to the sign face where the adhesive still is and it should take it off.
Go for the 60 - we have the 4' wide and are constantly needing just a little more room.
Look's great!
Hah! Thanks, Neville.
Very carefully - one seed at a time!
We ran our Shopbot a lot in 2008. Actually, we've run it a lot since the day it was purchased in June of 2005. I considered several other manufacturers, some much more expensive that I had previous...
Good Job!
Merry Chistmas!
Thanks Brady - I'll keep that in mind!
Brady brought up a good point about straight plunge - definately ramp into the aluminum even on the thin stuff. Straight plunges not only will help you break bits but will shoot a very hot piece of...
No coolant- usually cut conventional instead of climbmill.
The main thing is to find a way to keep the aluminum sheet from rising up on the bit - without using your hands- of course! A good way...
Single up cut spiral - works great. We cut alot of aluminum that size without a vacuum hold down.
.040,.050, .080. no problem once you get everything dialed in.
We just take the sheet and...
That's pretty sweet!
How about using Extira?
It cuts good, leaves a good edge to paint, and will hold up good to the kids.
Thanks Neville - Thanks Jerry!
Yeah, the monuments are a great sell. We have sold quite a few lately - this was the 4th one we did for this client. The first three were just the center monument...
Here is an entrance sign monument that we shipped out about a month ago to Bloomington, IN. We received these pictures from our client of it after it was installed--it's nice when we get to see the...
Another good source for Onsrud bits is http://www.hartlauer-bits.com/
They are quick to ship and always glad to answer any questions.
Yeah - the vbit that came with my table did not come to a true point. Do you have a close-up pic of the issue?
