check the industrial electronic supply houses. there is a small a/c available for electronic enclosures. bring your pocket book, they are not cheap.

I use a compressed air vacuum generator on my lift and it works pretty well. It is a Gast VG-260-00-00. Maximum vacuum of 27 and a max open flow of 17 cfm. They are regularly available on ebay.

Eric is correct. Always buy precision close tollerance collets. Longer bearing life for the spindle, better cuts, longer tool life, and safer.

check ebay. you can grab them from ebay for a reasonable price.

Bob I run thousands of small parts a year. I use a variety of hold downs from screws to clamps, fixtures, vacuum and fixtures with vacuum. The bot works just fine.
