we did it in sections. we used titebond 3.

It was just a customer preference. Figured it was easier than trying to line it up perfectly to the floor lines.

Correct. It was installed after completion in our shop.
Everything was surfaced flush on the bot.

Here is a project we did a few months back. dimensions are 5'x5'.
