Does anyone know of a supplier of ultra-light MDF or Trupan in South Western Wisconsin? I am working on a vacuum bleeder and was hoping to find something other than the regular 'ol MDF.

That looks like fun. Do you have a source for the parts? Only place that I have been able to locate the valves with SS paddles.

Looking at various setups for vacuum tables, I see there are a couple of different valves being put into use.

Interesting vac setup. Did you say the PVC plenums are removeable? If so, how are they fastened down? Do you throw a piece of MDF on top for a bleeder?

Sorry to dredge up this old post, but was wondering if you or anyone else has found a solution for small parts coming off the CNC. Mostly to remove burr and provide a small bit of rounding.
