Awesome work Scott.
Years ago some people did weld the Z car to keep it square and make more rigid. .75" seems too deep to me. You might make 2 passes at .375" and see if that works better for you.
Plus 1 on coffee can lid. Make 3 holes to match the 3 screws and use same screws.
Nice Job Steve.
Always nice to see your work Brian.
I used a Kent dust shoe on a 2001 PRT with porter cable router for many years. Purchased the shoe before the PRS came out. If I remember correctly I had to move the router all the way back in the...
Yes more notice and youtube. What about an email for those of us that don't visit the forum as often as they used to. There should be an email database around there somewhere.
Thanks
Nice work as always.
Sorry for your loss. If you post some pictures of the machine and accessories there will be someone that can help you with the approx. year it was made and a ball park price. You might even find a...
Thanks for the heads up on poster. Will add some needed decor to my plain walls.
Great Job and always good for the customer to leave smiling.
Thanks again for the reply and the extra pic. I thought there had to be more screws but could not see them. Could not even see space for them with all the cuts. You have a great looking chair.
Great Job!!! Looks like like it was a great success.
Thanks for the reply. I think we are talking about 2 different pics. I was referring to pic #3 in the opening post " Slabs on the 'Bot". It appears that there are screws on one end of the board but...
Nice chair. Thanks for showing the process. Looks like you used screws for hold down, but the picture was too small for me to be sure.
Is there a way on this forum for me to enlarge the picture...
+1 to what Scott said.
Good looking counter tops.
Great use of those 2 brain cells. What an outstanding job!!!
Rest in Peace Dave. Sorry for your loss Karen.
I have not seen 1/8" prefinished but have seen 1/4" prefinished on 1 side or both. There should be a hard wood supplier in your area that can get it it for you.
You have all the fun.
Looks great. Enjoy!
I admire your desire to make your shopbot a better machine. You've been working hard on this project for a while. I'm glad it is coming together for you.
Nice work Steve. I always enjoy seeing your projects and I really like the look of pecan and spalted pecan is even better.
