I'm no expert by any means. but last week I was cutting straight lines on a sheet of mdf. I drew a box instead of straight lines so that it wouldn't do a line then travel back to start the next...

I have noticed that when I zero with the touch plate that zero is not the top of the piece(or where I zeroed it) .
I auto zero it with the aluminium plate don't move x or y but tell it to go to...
this hasn't happened since but everything stopped twice for a few seconds then worked away fine again. it was kind of like it buffered
