I cut HDPE at my job and recently it has been collecting on the bit ending up on the plastic melting or not getting cut correctly, How do I solve this?

Thank you all so much, This was the problem the wire on my machine was frayed close to the connection pins. I'll have to manually do it for a while.

It's after hours and i can't get a hold of anyone at shopbot.

My Machine goes down to z zero plate, stops for about three seconds, jerks back up, then gives me a motor fault. I can't figure it...

Can you point me in a direction of a work instruction for it? Like hold downs, bits, RPMs, jigs and stuff like that?
