Have you made an air deflector for the bottom of your router ?
One of those small plastic 6 inch frizbees will work. Hold it on to the router with a few pieces of some very light chain.

Years ago, I laid out a few "reference squares" on a 48x48 table to help line things up on the x y.
Squares were 12, 18, 24, 28, 36, 42 and 48 inches .... I think they were .04 deep with a .03...
Usually, the x-y 0,0 is just set wherever you want it to be using the VA command.

Attached the carrier chain to the Y car with a small hardwood shelf about 4x 2 1/2 ... one does have to drill a few small holes in the Y car to attach.
The aluminum below / for holding the track...
Seems to be only 6 chains left at that $25 price.
When you install it, move the Y to the zero position before attaching the stationary end of the chain ... that way you can do in right the first...

Have you tapped in vacuum guage into the table / or plumbing just to see how much vacuum you are getting ?
I would suppose you would want the heating & ventilation system separate from the rest of the residence...
