I am going to have the letters on 1/2" standoffs. I am also thinking of putting RGB led strips on the back side and have it solar powered with a 100watt solar panel.

I want to through bolt this one for the parent's cabin. Not sure how I am going to do that yet. In the center will be a loon scene. I am also open for feedback to posts or mounting in general or...
The bulldog sign was not a rendering. It does look that good. That one was 100% extira.
Or how about no posts with Z clips!
Here are extira painted covers. Main sign is extira, HDU cardinal and sunflowers.
Joe,
Discuss sign post covers with me for a minute. Most signs I do, I just use a cheap rough cedar square cover. Others I use extira and paint them. What do you think are the easiest to do and...
Hog wash, Compare apples to apples, most companies would have thrown up a printed piece of polymetal. That is why they are cheaper. There is a place for giving stuff away. These types of things...
I'm sorry, but you gave that one away. I always tell someone that for a ball park estimated $100-$150 per square foot plus surcharges for unique or site issues.
If they don't like that price then...
This is my experience exactly the same as Ken, I did an entire 5000sq ft house full of cabinet, dining room, kitchen, built in pantry, and every closet as a built in, as well as a set of "locker"...
Joe,
I make signs! LOL!
Well, back prior to 2008 I was in the aquarium business making things out of acrylic for life support equipment for saltwater reef aquariums. In 2008 I built my...

The ones I saw, with the Aspire would be like V carving. I believe they only have a signal wire that wires into your controller. So pretty simple to set up.
There is a lot of webpages and videos for using the blue diode lasers one can get to do this for a fraction of their cost.
One specific one is:

Buck a minute minimum, they supply the materials.
I cannot speak for Phillip, but I think you would be in for less than $100 for a rocking design on that.... maybe even less than $50.
I would suggest you spend a few dollars, with Phillip the Sign Amigo and have him design something.
He is awesome at what he does and hate to say this, but way too cheap for the quality sign he...
First of all, let me say it would be a damn shame to get rid of a CNC out of a shop class.
I have been trying to get one in the school for years.
What would you need? $2000 vectric...
There is nothing quick and dirty about that box. Miter boxes are pretty darn hard to get correct. They take a lot of trial and error. You have it down.

It Depends on which post processor you use. If you use the Shop Bot Automatic tool change processor ATC, then it should pause for a tool change depending on the variables you have set up in the shop...
That means you are going to post a great STL stargate file right!!!!!!!!???????
I was very sad when Universe ended. So so much potential was left untapped!
If the 4X4 are already in, head down to the big box store and get some vinyl post covers. Anything is better than a simple green treat 4X4 sticking out of the ground.
If you are that HANDY, head on over to JoesCNC.com They build their own machines there and their forum is private but incredibly active. A huge number of machines have been built and they have...
The best bits I have found for corian are the cheap 90 degree V bits such as milwaukee, freud, and etc. Get them for $5 each when they are on sale at various online places. Boggles my mind.
