I have a question that I can hinge totally on my lack of experience....I have been receiving issues of Sign craft (which is the best investment in learning a little about the sign industry...

I tried some Zinsser BIN primer (which is shellac based)on MDF and it sure sealed good...I'm not sure how it holds up outdoors though.

McMaster-Carr is where we get them from; they have bushings for soft material. They also ususally give a price break after 10, 20,etc. pcs.

we had the same problem as you - got the R11 collets from Enco like Arthur and problem solved. I highly recommend going away from the 1/8" to 1/4" adapter to anyone.
