The spindle control tool still functions, it will control the speed of the spindle. It doesn't matter what is in my tool database the spindle always

My machine sometimes makes a growling noise as it is moving into position to start cutting. Is this normal or do I have a wrong setting.
Aluminum clamps would be good. The other day I re-zeroed in the bottom of a deep pocket, but did not adjust my z clearance for the face, and nicked it and near missed a c-clamp. Made me pucker up a...
At my full time job, I was part of a machine upgrade project that left some large pieces of 1" thick aluminum plate as waste. Project manager offered these to me, so I brought them home. I have an...
I changed my sb software from 3.8.8 to 3.10, it's not came back yet, if it does I will try that . Thanks

I cut it into .25" corian. Used a .125 onsrud 77-102 for roughing. Used a onsrud .020" 30 deg. 37-24 for finish. Followed vectric's "machining lithophanes" tutorial for the settings in photo v carve....
First attempt at lithophane.
Bibb has the onsrud 37-39, 30 degree cutter kit for $128 dollars. I have bought tools from Beckwith Decor Products, there price for the same kit is $169. I think Beckwith's tool prices are fair....
I wondered if anyone has bought any cutters from Bibb Tool. If so how would you rate the purchase?
