I use Cutlist Plus. It is a great product which is easy to setup and use. They have various levels, even a free trial version.

Perhaps a local over-head door installer may be able to furnish you with what you want. That's where I got mine.
Ron,
Bruce Clark wrote a program called Partwizard_2_Partworks to do just that. I have used it and it works quite well. I wasn't able to find the post on the forum but it's out there somewhere. ...
I had the same situation a couple of years ago and posted the question. Most reccomended the G4 upgrade. That's what I did then did the spindle about a year later.
Matthew, I was just wondering whether the suggestions Justin posted cured your problem. I have a PRT w/4G board and having identical problem occasionally with the arrow keys. Error occurs even...

Thanks Dave. Yes I have a PRT96 w Milwaukee 5625 so I think the 4g bd is the way to go now. I'll put the 5hp spindle on my 2008 Christmas list.
Thanks Shawn and Mike for your input. I will look further into the Ascension 1000 but I too would like to stay with PW and ShopBot code.
Given a choice of either purchasing a (4g board and faster computer) or (HSD 2.25hp spindle), which purchase would be a better choice to improve cut quality. I primarily cut 3/4 ply and MDF...
