    Did you cut it at a slower MS than before? Sure looks a LOT cleaner...

    I don't have a set schedule but I try to continually oil and grease the machine and keep an eye on the components checking for wear and slop continually, Like any other piece of machinery it needs continual tlc to work properly, I'm sure some others have a more regimented routine you may be able to follow, I find it doesn't really seem to be that hard to maintain. I'm glad your cuts worked out for you. What do you think was the actual cause of your issue?

    Thanks Bruce...I think I will devise a checklist for pulling maintenance on the machine. Brady, the cutout was actually a bit quicker than the 0.25 bit.
