That is p'etty good Lou! Keep at it.
Very good. How did you do the heart and cupids?
Those are very good, how about some details? Like on the #297 address plaque, bits, run time, how much sanding did you have to do etc...
Robert
The heart/cupids took 6hrs 9" x 9", but would have been faster, if I used area clear instead of 1/8 end mill rough pass and 1/16 tapered ball mill finish pass. Was having trouble with my PR, so I also cut at 1ips. I used dble sided tape to hold it down. The three signs approx 12" x 20", I used 1/4 end mill, 1/16 tapered ball, only real sanding was from ridges my machine made(hope to resolve that with recent upgrade to PRT Z, PRT Control box, and different pinions). Again, took longer than usual due to using extra slow speeds to reduce ridges. Probably 2 hrs per sign. I have the reliefs and greyscales of them if anybody wants to try them(address sign minus name, number)other signs - hammer rt and left - and carpenter guy.
Nice job, Lou!
Let me know when you want to come by.
