    Kevin,

MDF molding around this window would be fairly easy using Aspire. Get the radius or make a template then put it into Aspire and use a two rail sweep to create the profile you need then let your Shopbot go to work for you.

I'm getting ready to build 2 large vertical grain douglas fir doors, side lights and transom lights for a hotel in Canada. The transom windows are curved. With the Shopbot I can cut the exact profile and then use my door making bits to route the profile on the router table.

Use PVC boards instead of MDF. More expensive but will last longer and just as easy to mill.

Look in the threads. You will find a link to calculating the radius with the width and height measurements. That is what I do. Then add the reveal to the radius and cut it. I run the profile in the moulder but if you have Aspire or some other 3D software I am sure you can easily enough cut the profile before cutting out the arch.
    Good luckh

Did you cut the profile on the Bot?
That second one I really like. That is something to think about. All I have done is match other mouldings in the house.
