    Christian, thanks
funny you should ask how many bits were used. Only one
    90 degree .5 vbit.
I broke it into a couple of tool paths just because. It took around 40 minutes to cut. I have 3-4 hours of design and tool pathing.
You were close on size it is more like 18 x 18

The only common specification for both PartWizard and PartWorks is that they only generate toolpath for ShopBot machine.

PartWorks is a major improvement from SB tool package.

PartWizard was pretty much only a teaser in my very humble opinion...

    Andre, that looks amazing.

Did you start with an existing image, or build that completely in PartWorks? I'm still stumped on how you make the angled 3D sides without using another program - Any Hints?

That is very nice Andre - You should write a tutorial about how you did it (GRIN!)

    Ian, Neville,
I had a picture of something I really liked and I drew it completely free hand in partworks. I did not use the trace option because no 1, i wanted the practice of drawing, and the picture was not that good.
All the cuts were made with vcarve toolpath in partworks. There was a lot of node editing, centering, mirroring, off setting vectors, welding, copying, etc. The drawing took me 4-6 hours and I made 1 practice cut which at that point I went back and made some adjustments. Its amazing what you can do with basic geometric shapes.
    Thank you for the compliments.
