Default Z Axis Dust Control, while cutting HDU?

Hi all, I've been experiencing problems with my z-axis on my prt, it's jamming up while cutting longer 3D HDU files. Just fixed my dust boot, but still having problems. It's bad, it makes the z axis jam near the upper and lower travel limits of the Z. It's enough to really cause some chaos with everything.

Was wonder how I can combat this problem? I'm out of idears.

A 3-5hp collector should help. Kent James also sells a very well designed dust shoe.

Thanks Gene. I'm running the Delta 50-760. Which is only a 1.5hp.

Would I be better off with a 2.5hp shopvac for now? Until I can replace the Delta?

I'm thinking you are correct, that the Delta 1.5hp just isn't enough...
