Stencil font help

Hey guys, I have some P.V.C. to make a stencil. Took the job then realized I don't have stencil fonts.
Could anyone help me out? The customer told me 4" block letters for 2 stencils.

Smoke Wall Seal All Penetrations (sign 1)

1 Hour Rated Wall Seal All Penetrations (sign 2)

I can fit it to the size required but upper and lower case letters would be helpful. I use Partworks if that makes a difference.

Bill, followed your link and got to the web site for free fonts.
I downloaded stencil font but it doesn't open in part works.
It states that it is a zip file but I can't open it.
Any suggestions?

Can I purchase stencil fonts at a local retail store?

Most any font or letter style can be made into a stencil and you don't need to buy one.

Here's what you do. Set your type as usual, then make little blocks to attach centers of letters, which would fall out. Then group select and weld it all together. No need to spend a dime.

It could be that parts works is too small a program but any design program which has the weld function will do the job.

1/8" pvc is a good material.

David open the zip file and at the top you will see install hit that button and then go to your parts works and look under the text for the name of the font that you want to use. It worked just fine that way for me.

Joe (per usual) is right but I think you should be able to use the one you downloaded also. Just put it somewhere like your desktop, right click, slect unzip or extract here, and then move the TT file into c:windows:fonts.
