WOW

Jimmy,
When you first told me you were going to paint it I thought it might turn out funky looking with the crest on the eagle painted red, white and blue and a mish mosh of colors but it actually looks really good.
It looks like you have a gold medallion at the top and silver medallions around the appropriately black painted medallion in the center. That looks really good.
BTW- do you have a "butt" in your right hand? I thought you were going to give up that habit?
The guy in the pictures is Rick the painter, I thought he did a great job!!!!!
And yes I think he should give them butts up.

Jimmy I was gonna say it looks like you lost a lot of weight from the last picture i saw cuz the guy kind of looks like you. lol. Tell him we think he did a great job..
oh and tell the guy who carved it he did an "ok"
job! lol
Well done. I'm suprized at the detail you were able to achieve with that 1/8" BN. Nice!!
We'll have to come over later today and check that out up close. I can't wait to see the finished product in person.

Thank you for your support

Great Job. hooah
Jimmy - very nice finished part, if you have high resolution images you can send me I would love to see them and post it in our gallery.
For any others interested in the POW-MIA emblem I modelled for Jimmy, I posted the 3D file for that model for free download on the Vectric forum: http://www.vectric.com/forum/viewtop...f=9&t=5263
This can be downloaded and toolpathed in 3D Machinist or PartWorks3D.
Thanks,
James

The Military Plaque will be presented on the 26 of May, there will be about 70 Vets there for the presentation and if there is anyone that would like to join in, there will be lots of room. I'll take pictures and I plan to video the event. Jimmy
