    Default Guitar Neck

Here are a few pic's of a Guitar Neck I have been working on my SB.

I am waiting for Scott Green's DVD "How to Video" before we start the body.

I will post another reply with more images of the part separated from the overstock.

    George,
Nice work. What did you model this in?

My nephew hand drew the initial shape.

I then scanned it into TurboCad and tweeked it some, then dumped it into Aspire for final modeling.

In Aspire I formed the back of the guitar neck using "Two Rail Sweep" and an Ellipse as the form. Everything else was simply "Pocketing" and "Profiling".
