Default My new PRS Standard 48 48

Just thought I would put up a couple photos and share my Build experiance...

A few things did not match the manual but I worked though them with little effort and some forum help "Thanks To All"... The x-y carriage has alot bigger v-rollers than in the book which is really nice and they have covers with oiled felt. Another big perk is the control box will turn on and off the PC Router and the E-stop switch will kill power to it. Nice!

ShopBot shorted a couple pieces of hardware and a 1/4" collet. I left a message Saturday and they called me today and had it on the way. Very Fast Customer service. That was great....

Anyway I started assembly on Friday night and tonight a skimmed the table and did a few files "in the air". I am more than happy with my progress and the build of this CNC.....

    Thanks To all!

I should have did that when I put mine together. It helps seeing how people configure their machines.
