A few small signs completed this weekend.
Volunteered to go install the two for the cayman islands but no go.

This sign was cut nearly two years ago, but just got installed this summer due to problems with placement and the state hwy dept. There is now a rail fence attached to it, but guess I haven't taken any pictures since it's been cleaned up.
The old sign that was replaced is in the background.

While I'm digging through pictures, these are stairs and railings we did for a cabin this summer.
Template and beamsaw guide for the stairs and the railing panels were made on the shopbot.

Nice work Ken!
Thanks for posting.
Was that 2yr old cut on your old PR by any chance?

talk about rustic! very cool ken....
Gene,
The War eagle sign was cut on the 5 x 10 PRT that Peter Smith now has in Maine. Overall sign is about 6 x 10 not counting the feathers.
You've done much nicer work on the PR than I ever did.

Nice work Ken. I grew up near you in Gravette.
Looks great!
Here in Fla stair and rail balusters need much closer spacing. You may want to check local codes as well. If anyone ever goes through the space the liability is horrendous. Our policy actually forbids us from doing stairs.
Ken,
That War eagle sign looks great, How long did it take you to cut and carve the sign with your machine? I presume the material you use is HDU Sign foam?
