    Used the genset to charge batteries today so I ran this file (thx viktor) for another local shop...

    24.75 x 24.75 x .44 deep each side of a 1.375 thick alder panel.

    on a...vintage pr machine, 6IPS XY,3IPS Z

    did not miss a.....step

    another excellent piece of work. Do you experience issues with your wood curling up because you carve so much out of it?

    26x42x.44 deep each side upper panel 6:50 hrs 26x26x.44 deep lower panel 3 hrs .25 ballnose 10% stepover

    with the panel cut both sides it does not cup or warp....one side only and yes there will be movement.

    small question but I just want to clarify. When carvers say ball nose bit, is that the same bit that you would use if you wanted to make flutes, also called a core box bit?
