Thanks Kevin...the learning curve on the other machine wasn't so bad it uses ncstudio took me a couple months to get it down. These panels are for another shop.

Were the cuts significantly different between the two? Any differences that you noted??

pretty close to the same, the bot z axis has a little bit of adjustment to do and I need to replace the pinion gear but all in all very happy with the results!

here is the panel done on the trusty PR...yeah it needed a little detail sanding but so did the other panel...

That's a great design if you are using it as a screen or as a panel in a cabinet or something. I enjoy seeing all the things you come up with Gene.

Gene the panels looks amazing did you design them yourself? and who's buying them just curios as a market I might tap ? Are you spraying like copper or silver ?
Thanks Kevin, no I didn't model it I'm not there yet...these are for another shop they were trying to do these by hand, they submitted that sample and were not going to get the work then they contacted me, I cut a sample...they got the job I got to cut the panels!
