    I will have to order a handful of those bits at that price to try out. At 6 bucks, one small job would easily cover the cost of a bit.

    Seat for garden bench from pine, straight from machine no sanding. 11"x55" .25 ballnose bit 10% stepover .3 deep, 5ips xy 3ips z.

    Gene how do you keep those panels from cupping after you have hogged out so much material?

    This panel has .375 left to fit into the stile/rail groove. This 1.75 thick frame takes out any movement caused by the carving.
