Default HELP!! New twist on old problem

I have an early model PRT and have always had lost connection problems. Today, on three occasions, movement on all 3 axis stopped but the computer screen showed that the file was running as normal. There was no dialog box showing that a communication break had occurred. Everything is grounded and connected to the breaker box. The driver board has shopbot controls V.207? printed on the board and a sticker with
shopbot control box 13101-00392. Any thoughts appreciated.

    Thanks
    Frank

    Default ground

Are you running a dust collector that would generate any static ?

Are you using the ground on the outlet or a separate ground rod ?

Have you tried to run different files with the same result ?
The decimal point seems to be the most important on the z axis... x & y not so much....
ShopBot... Where even the scraps and things you mess up and throw away are cool....
