    Default Proximity Switch Issues

I am having issues with my x and y proximity switches. Cut files seem to work fine and the bot moves along the x and y axis fine, but If I move too far and run into the proximity switch or if I try to zero x and y using the proximity switches I get an error, the input light for 2 and 3 turns yellow and sometimes yellow with a red x through it. The only way I have been able to get things to work again is to turn the power off and let every thing sit for 15 or 20 minutes.

    Any Ideas?
    Dave

It sounds like it may be related to your other issue. It may be part of the chip issue or another one. Perhaps you should bite the bullet and send it back. If that makes a major hitch in your production needs you may be able to get a new board sent out and then return yours. This is up to SB of course.
With the other moving around of wires you may have a connection that loosens on warming up. Check them all.
