convert Excel 2007 files to .sbp files

After tweaking a tool path in Excel 2007 i need to save the file as an .sbp file. I can't save a file in Excel as .sbp, so what do i need to do to be able to run it in shopbot ?
Same question for the Open Office.csv format.
