Woven Cherry Molding

This molding was a customer request as seen in the internet. I found it on the Hafele website @ $501 per 8' stick. With the help of Tim Merrill I was able to cut it on my machine.

4' & 8' Model & design by Tim Merrill
Toolpathed in Cut 3D
Centurion 1/8" Tapered Ballnose @ 5/4ips 2.25 hrs @ 7% for the 8'
Sealed with SherWil High Build Sealer
MLC Vintage Glaze "Van DYke Brown" wipe off
Overnite dry and burnish with Scotchbrite pad
3 coats SherWil MR Lacquer

It will be installed as a crown molding on a job I am just finishing up. Hopefully the Owner will allow me to take and post some pics.
