Anyone own a 2008 Buddy 32 Standard.. looking for some help and info!
Hi Jerry, Mine is a first generation standard but I've barely used it - but ask away and I'll see if I can help at all.
What do you need? Those of us who own buddies may be of assistance, but there are so many possible questions. Even though I have an alpha, the operating procedures are the same. They all run the current SB3 program, etc.
Post specific questions and you will get prompt answers from some very knowledgeable folks.
What have you done so far? What are you making? Have you got it powered up and running? Is it something you own - or are looking to buy?
I own a BT-32 alpha, but most of what I do applies to any shopbot of any size or configuration.

Hi Jerry. I had a Buddy 32 standard for several years before upgrading to a buddy 32 Alpha last month. I am not an expert by any stretch but there are lots of folks around that are willing to help out. Ask away!
Just picked up our Buddy... now if only I could load up the controls and partworks!!! just isnt working!
A couple of calls to shopbot some friendly emails and a couple tweeks and we are running! Thanks all!

Jerry,
#1 you can contact shopbot support. They will help you out even with a 2nd hand machine. They're not in on the weekends, but do monitor requests and often help out on weekends and after hours too.
#2 Plenty of folks here probably willing to work with you over the phone which may be the easiest way to get you started. Maybe you could post some contact info.
I'm no expert but you're welcome to send me a PM or call the shop today if you prefer -I'll be here all day as far as I know. 479-Seven-89-26oneone
