Default Z-Zero Plate Provides wrong height

I am getting my bot set up and when I Zero my Z axis using the Z Zero plate I'm having a problem. After the proceedure is complete my display says that z is at 1.00 Although when I actually verify the distance between the cutter and board surface it is nearer to 3/8. Anyone have any insight on what I'm doing wrong?
    Thanks

Run the UR command in SB3. Cycle through the prompts until you get to the Windows dialog box where you can select your machine. Find it & select it. Try it again and see if it fixes the issue.

Thanks, that worked. Cut first file on this bot today, pretty exciting. My students are pumped.
