Foam Biplane

My cutting of foam for my wife's school has been rewarded with a request for more... I'm actually pleased to do it for them. What I need now is to make a foam Bi-plane with about a 6' wing span... I'm hoping someone has plans for something that will scale well up to what I need. (this is a plea for help...)

It's a prop... for a play. I want to build it out of flat sections of foam. Like this.
