I think the guy posted on ShopBot forums about a week ago - I remember the 20$/h pay and some members staying it wasn't enough.

If you were walking into his shop with his bot i'd say that was a good pay. If you want to walk into MY shop...well i might still take 20/hour only i'd probably slow down somewhat.
