Error: Tool Stop Button On!!!

When the machine works, after a while in progress of a program, it displays message "Tool Stop Button On", and you have only option to quit the operation or exit the whole software. That's very annoying, when you come back and expect to see that the program is finished, you find message on your screen with the error and you have to start all over again.
First I thought that the control box was overheating, but when I connected it to the air conditioner, the same error appeared again after a while.
Any ideas what to do to stop appearing that error?

Actually... I just noticed Minkov's home town... the jog and move speeds are normal for millimeters per second.

Sounds like a loose E-stop wire somewhere...

I searched for loosen screws, but i couldn't find anything. Everything is tight. Is it possible to be some kind of software bug? I changed 2 versions but with no effect.

A software bug is unlikely as others are not reporting similar experiences. I'm still convinced the problem is somewhere in the E-stop circuit... I don't know where your E-stop is located, mine is on the Y-car. One time my switch became defective and sensitive to vibration... triggering from it's own movement. I also don't know if your e-stop is a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC)... if you're comfortable doing so, you might try temporarily jumpering the e-stop at the control board for the NC situation or the opposite for the NO situation. This would tell us if we're on the right track.
