    Default Tab Error

I am getting the following error:
unable to transfer tab information from original vectors.
Please ensure that the gap between all vectors is greater than the tool diameter to create tabs.
Check toolpaths carefully to ensure that results are correct.

I've checked my toolpaths carefully, they worked fine on the file I copied from. There is plenty of clearance. The file is, essentially, a group of rectangles. One was wrong, so I changed the shape and re-calculated and got that error. Looking over the toolpaths, I see where it HAS correctly calculated the tabs - including on the changed shape. I'm no longer getting tabs on unrelated, unchanged vectors far from the offending one.

Never miind - seems I had a space that was exactly .25", using a .25" bit. For whatever reason, in changing a separate vector, partworks no longer considered this clearance...acceptable? I guess? Chalk it up to computers, problem resolved (though the mystery remains...)

the problem with shopbots and computers is that they do EXCACTLY what we tell them to do, not what we would like them to do.
