Well now. The mini fridge idea is a good one. Someone build the next Control-Zilla with the integrated mini fridge!

Crazy...crazy cool! It needs a joystick and some buttons so you can play Pac-Man when your not runnin' the bot.
Just a question/observation, if you're pulling air in through the filter as you stated, you're causing a negative pressure in the cabinet which will suck dust into the cabinet through any opening. Do you have everything sealed off completely?

Not quite. I do have the sides sealed to the wall with silicone. It would be better if the drawers and doors had foam seals. However, as it is the PC does stay much cleaner than when it was not in the cabinet.

Mr. Martin: you need to send that to my shop and do one even more fancy... put a cup holder on it for Russ, install a fridge for Kurt, put a few more vacuum gauges (right and left side)... other than that it is out of this world...and no it is not over kill.. it is a work of art.
I love it wish I had that talent.

simple solution... filter the air going into the cabinet first then thru a small fan which will put positive pressure on the cabinet.. this keeps the dust pushed out.

you need the aperture door on it to close the screen when not in use
Fantastic!
I vote for the aperature door.
Looks great just the way it is though.
what color if I can have it made up is shopbot blue?
thanks larry
Not sure about the blue, but I put positive pressure into my cabinet with the fan blowing filtered air in. That is how the big machine guys do it
Where do I order mine? Nice professional looking job!!
