Automatic Saw Blade Cleaner

Periodic saw blade cleaning is a must; ask any expert. I simply got fed up of soaking, scrubbing, and the manual labor involved with cleaning so I develop this unit. I have been using it for over a year with great results. The heart of the process is the three replaceable brushes that sit in the container filled with cleaning liquid. As the blade rotates the brushes clean the left, right, top and in between the teeth. The unit is about 15" high by 15" wide by 8" deep. It can sit on a shelf for periodic use.

if i were you i'd upload my videos to youtube. I never did see how it works because i got impatient and cancelled the download as it was too slow for me ansd I have a highspeed line. I suspect many others may do the same. You have it segmented into too many parts and too large of files.

A blade cleaner nice, I use to clean my table saw blade by turning it on, poof dust all gone, and if something stuck to it was gone on the next sheet I cut.

Very neat indeed.....I use my table saw quite a bit and this sure makes cleaning the blades easy and not a chore......mmmm this machine would encourage me to clean my blades more often.....
