Default Retro Z UNIT VALUE settings?

Just running the Bot through some tests after completing the installation of the Retro Z package. I also installed new geared motors (except the Z motor), and installed the latest operating software.
The software set the default values which seem to be okay except for the Z.
With the retro package you retain the original motor (Vexta ASM911AA with a 25 tooth pinion). When I try a MZ 1", the machine actually moves about 2.35".
I've tried some of the settings as shown in the Shopbot Wiki but haven't had any luck so far.
For what it's worth this is a 2006 Shopbot PRT 96x48 with an Alpha upgrade.
    Any suggestions? - Boyd

    Hi Boyd,

Try -1273.2395 for the unit value for your Z. I have the same set up and that is what I use. Make sure you get the - sign in front of the number so it goes in the right direction.
