Made my first real attempt at cutting foam yesterday....
a while back a fellow botter posted pics and a dxf for a new years eve ball and well here at PTM we have a new years eve celebration that includes an authentic time's square style ball drop. Can't recall the name of the guy but a big thank you to him. Pics will go up when the paint is done.
took a few shots to figure the feeds and speeds (high rpms and low Ips) to produce a clean edge. going to prism-cut some accents today, I'll start of with the same feeds but any input will on feeds andspeeds is appreciated
