Default Vibration of table and x car on x axis

I have recently incountered a loud vibration and rattling along the back 2/3rds of my X axis as the x car rides along the path. It seems to be localized in about 15 inches but I can't figure out if it is the pinion rack, motor or x car wheels. Everything seems to be aligned and tight and to let you know I have never been able to put the x axis speed above 4.0 due to squeels and vibration so the machine only operates at 3.0 to 3.5 speed on the x axis, Before you ask. I have done a speed test and put a usb port inline in hopes that would cure it but ..NOPE!
Any suggestions would be a big help.

make sure the rack and pinions are clean. Initially I had to clean all of the grease off and replace it because dust had contaminated to a point of causing issues.

you might also want to make sure everything is true. Heavy sheet goods could knock the track hard enough to have an alignment issue ...
