    Default unable to reset drivers

    Hey all,
I came in to work this am and was going to move the table and take off the sheet of color core to find out that my drivers will not reset. I did notice yesterday that I was getting more than normal comm errors in between toolpaths and tool changes. I checked both stop button to make sure they was not stuck. restarted computer. restarted shopbot but i am still unable to reset the drivers. Fan on the spindle is on and proxxy swithces are lit up but the control box does not have a readout on display. any help would be greatly appreciated!!.

Forgot to meantion this is a Alpha machine

    thanks in advance!!

Sure sounds like an E-stop is triggered... Might be worth your time to wiggle, pop and reset them several times.

If you have the older style contactors in the control box, have you tried pushing them in by hand?

Yes - You will want to turn on the power and IF you have the 4 contactors with grey rectangular center 'buttons' push them in until they magnetically 'stick'.

Call SB Support - they can help you.

Thumbs up thanks steve for the pics

I ended up talking to shopbot on the phone and they walked me through it. Come to find out it was the buttons in the stop box were loose. I was able to take the stop box apart and wiggle the buttons and find the problem.

    thanks again!
