    Dan,
Are you going to be at the Bot camp in October in Wisconsin?
Maybe you could bring the rubber band gun?

Ken probably not going to make it this year. great location / host/ networking. not so great on the other end . Same slide show as years past, not any real time cutting. Last year a brand new machine sat idle except for a- x y z centering demo. I was in the market for a new machine, possibly a indexer too great oppertunity lost. Not only for me but for the new guys that dont have a machine and wanted to see it go thru the paces. This year Im guessing that the new portable will be there and I understand that the logistics of shipping a desktop around the country isnt possible or is it ? I personally think shopbot is missing the marketing boat on the camps.Dan Nelson

    Dan,
We will have both a Handibot, and a Desktop machine at the Camp this year...

That's pretty cool Dan! Here's the next one you need to build! 504 rounds and two speeds!

Not to get off topic, but I can agree with Dan on the camp comments. Newbies and prospective purchasers would like to see the machine(s) in action and current owners would like some focused topics/projects/discussions. There needs to be some time for promotion (it is a SB sponsored event), but also time for some hands on too. Pretty tough to get that all in in one day.
