I made this from 1/2" MDF and painted it with the cheap acrylic dollar store paint. It is approx 36" x 36"

Well, I can't say I think much of your team loyalties but they both look great. If these are for you that's great, but if they are for a customer don't mention it at all!!!

How long did it take you to paint that?

Thanks guys. The painting was the easy part, only took about 15-20min. I just spray the parts before i assemble it. each piece is individually cut and then siliconed into a coresponding pocket in the piece below it. That is the only way i know how to get that clean of lines.

Thats awesome! Do you just spray on primer as well? Is it spray cans or a spray gun?
    Thats beautiful...

I didn't use any primer on these ones, but i problably should have. I just sprayed on 2 coats of some cheap acrylic craft paint with my critter spray gun. Once dry and assembled i just give it a quick coat of clear to give it some protection and shine and its ready for my wall.
