Tech support on week ends

I haven't called tech support in a while on the weekend-
Does Shopbot still have 24 hr tech support?

I used to get a response at any time or day
It's been about 3-4 hours since I've called

I got a call back at 2pm a few Saturdays ago. I believe it was about 2hrs after I had originally called and e-mailed.

When the desktop was new and I was setting one up for a customer,
I had a problem on a Saturday at 2:00 and Ryan called me back.

I think on the weekend, they have a cell phone that gets passed around
but not sure if that is the current model or not.

Out neighborhood is ablaze in lights because they are running a second set of track for the commuter trains. We have an intersection on our street that is totally closed because they are resetting the old tracks and putting the new set in. They are working around the clock to complete this so I have been bringing home baked cookies to the crews. The reason for the response is because it just started to snow here also.... I feel bad for the guys.


By bringing in cookies, I did the unexpected. The guy's faces lit up and even the police officer said thanks several times...

so do something really cool and simple for someone and look at how your life will light up!!
